At Glowbully, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
